that's what I'm doing as my like full -time job I am creating AI videos and several different types of AI videos, short form and also right now I'm more focused on the long form videos.

I had few videos to show you, so you know what I'm doing, but I think sound is not working. So basically what I'm doing right now is I'm building my YouTube channel using AI avatar. So that's me. I am speaking this video, but I'll just show you so you can see the movement.

so it's not like super super bad it's still not perfect but that's what I will try to teach you today how you can build similar AI avatar of yourself or any imaginary person that you have in mind for example for your business if you are a business owner and how you can do it step by step

so as I said I am AI content creator and I do a lot of I did a lot of short form content before so I myself I got a trophy for most comments saying that I'm posting AI slop

because everybody who watch AI content, not everybody, a lot of people that see it they hate it for several reasons I think you know like they hate that it's waste water or any other things that they have in mind and one year ago I

Starting on TikTok and Building Momentum Through Consistency

started my channel on tiktok it was called first your way trips i had 55 followers and it's already after i got video up to 50k views so that was the first video that i published that got some traction and the initial idea was your way trips idea was that i wanted to build touring agency agency so basically just do tours and promote it using AI videos but it changed it completely

as it may happen in different businesses that in the beginning you think that you will do one thing but then the reality strikes and you need to adapt and that's what I did and from that point from 23rd of June I was posting almost every day two videos for 286 days I

stopped posting short form content one month ago the main reason was because the monetization that I was getting from it is not worth it my time right now so I switched to YouTube to long form content and in that time I got half billion views and it's completely using polish content so it's not english just polish videos

Platform Performance and Monetization Reality

that i published on different medias most of the views at the beginning it was from tick tock but after like three months facebook started catching up and actually made even more more results and Facebook was the only platform where I could monetize because on TikTok or in Instagram you will not get monetization if you publish short form content.

TikTok only allows you to get it if you have videos longer than one minute and most of my videos were like 20 seconds, 30 seconds and also one of the let's say achievements that I got in the time is as an

ai video content creator so it's basically like new job there was only like few people doing it and i think only one account that actually got some partnerships with big brands and i think i was the second in polish market that got like a serious brand doing ai video and publishing and we got like around 3 million views with this campaign for schwarzkopf and as i said I also got Facebook monetization.

Not a lot of people know that Facebook actually pays you for views. Right now it's a lot less for short content. You need like videos longer than 15 minutes, 15 seconds if you want to earn.

But still it's not worth my time right now if I compare it to longer videos or any other activities that I am doing.

Okay so here I had some examples of the videos that i did but because the sound is not great you can just search them later and find them that's basically so this this is the first type of content that i was doing the vlog

of grandma i think anybody of you saw bigfoot vlogs like one year ago this big white snowman figure or yeti yeah or buber also they were doing different vlogs so that's what I'm doing but with granny basically in Hogwarts movie something like that and it's a lot interesting more interesting this dialogue because it has some kind of storytelling and jokes inside of it and this video got like I think 3 million views and on each platform it was got also like 7 ,000

Short, Personalized Videos Built Around Names

followers and the second type of video was very short 8 to 20 second videos directed to specific names so basically i was posting video for almost every polish name most of the time it was popular names and there was also grannies or granddads speaking to specific name with with different kinds of jokes.

So in this specific one, the granny saying something like, Chris, where you disappeared after we met you? We were like tired so much, let's say, after meeting with you.

Avoiding the “No More Ideas” Problem With a Content System

And when I started it, the biggest problem that I thought that I would have is I would run out of the ideas.

I think with a lot of people who are doing content, they, the beginning thing that sooner or later, you would need to find some solution what to post next and that was same

problem that I had as I said I was posting two videos sometimes four videos a day and for this kind of production let's say solo doing only by myself I would need it to do something and I built a system system that helped me to to create short form content.

Using Custom GPTs to Generate Ideas and Prompts

And I will show you the example here. So this system, it was built inside of ChatGPT using GPTs. Anybody know what GPTs is? OK. OK.

So in this case, it works. It has knowledge base. It has system prompts. I will talk a little bit more about it later.

But for this specific example, it generating ideas for short form content for myself and also not only the ideas but it was generating prompts as well because it's AI content to generate it I

would need to have a prompt and I gave it like all my data set of best videos best prompts and based on that it was generating me different ideas so

basically I just write to this GPT right give me idea and it gives me like five different video ideas and then I just say give me the prompt for idea number three and only what I need today to do is just copy it go to video generation

tool and generate videos and then just edit them to have because this is like two scenes video to have them together edited and one month two months ago

Switching to YouTube Long-Form and Repeating the System

actually in the beginning of the March I started posting in YouTube and it was longer videos most most of them all of them are educational videos so in this case this was like the first video on the topic that i did that i was just comparing different ai video tools such as clink vio sora and grok and showing them how they compare while we're using the same prompts

and in the beginning this video got like this number is now inflated because other video got got views but in the beginning it was like 200 i think views something like that but i started posting and first two weeks i got 5000 views and 52 subscribers and at the bottom that's what was

the videos that i published so as you can see even in two weeks i posted like one two this is two so So 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 videos in two weeks, and I got only 5 ,000 views.

Early Results, Doubt, and the Decision to Keep Going

And at that point, most of the people who create content, they have a single choice. Do I even continue? And most of the people say, OK, it doesn't make sense, so I just stop, or maybe try something different. So that's what I did.

The Growth Inflection After Systematizing Creation

And the thing that I tried to do different is just to build the same system that I built for the short form content and it helped me to grow it a little bit faster so two weeks later from the same date I already got like 200 ,000 views and this similar amount of videos in same period so it was also two weeks and in two

months from that point I already got like 5 ,000 views and 12 ,000 subscribers And that's most of the people. So for this type of videos, that was a huge, it was huge numbers because when I compare

myself to the competitors, they were not getting similar numbers at all at the same time and they were already on the market, some of them for 10 years, some of them for two years, some of them for a year and I already was growing faster. And the main thing I think is because I posted a lot and I posted good content.

Okay, so let's go to the meat, so something practical. I just wanted to introduce so you know my background and let's go with the system.

How the System Is Built: LLM Projects, Knowledge Bases, and Training Data

So for the system, as I said previously, you need LLM. So basically what I use, I use Cloth projects, but you can also use GPTs or Google Gems. And in my case, as I said, I use Cloth.

Choosing an LLM and Setting Up a Project

so I have a project and this project have different type of documents here attached as a knowledge base and also it has instructions.

Most of these documents they are about how this video should be structured so it's talking about a lot of stuff at the beginning of the video that need to happen to make it work

great or also the most important part of it is training data which I will cover or so also later because this I think the main reason why the scripts that I generate later using this cloud projects are working good as I already said in its knowledge base and system instruction and sometimes people think

that this system instruction need to be very big explaining everything most of the time it's not so if you just look at here in my cloud projects that's like a few sentences

don't use numbers should be written like a text only don't use hyphens as we know and script should be written in md files because it was easier for me to work with md files later on

What a Strong Knowledge Base Should Contain

then what this good knowledge base should have so first of all it should have a lot of content examples. So in this previous cloud project that I showed I have 105 videos inside analyzed by AI and by myself as well as a knowledge base.

Also it should have a data about how you would like to structure your video so basically what I the things that I thought in the video you have hook you have like tricks to make higher retention and all this stuff and it's described in those documents

and also you need to have information about you or your business so it makes something that makes sense about you and for your main goals so how you can build

those great content examples don't automate when it comes to content I think at this point if you try to completely automate it and a lot of people try to do it it would not work as you think it would it may be easier because you would not spend so much time but i don't think you will get a lot of views because if you watch what's

happening actually on the market it's a lot easier to find greater ideas or post something that would would be at this point making sense for people this point of time.

Second thing is content examples could be yours content examples or competitors.

In case of this previous example that I showed you with the idea generation for short form content, because I built this only after I already got like, let's say 80 million views or something like that I already had some examples of

great videos that I could just add here of myself that I already created and it had like content that I have actually published but if you don't have any videos that you published you would you could also just use competitors that's

Adding Metrics, Titles, Tags, Prompts, and Transcripts

what I did with YouTube because on YouTube I didn't post anything previously I had like short videos as well but I never posted longer ones so I needed to use just competitors also you need to use metrics so typical metrics

if you look here so this database it's just JSON file it has views likes comments, upload dates and also in this case it has why this post worked so this was generated using chat GPT API basically I gave it a script and said please analyze why this video worked because I had like hundreds of the video

so it was just a little bit easier and also has title and some of the videos have also tags so on YouTube when you post you can add a tag and that's also my help for the future.

Also what you can use is add transcriptions. In case of YouTube I don't use transcription because if I would add transcription of a hundred videos here I think this percentage of project capacity used

would be 150 so I don't think it would generate me any script because of the limits of tokens and all these cloud shenanigans. So this is the previous example for the short form.

I also had the prompt itself because the video was completely generated in AI, so I also added the prompts as examples so ChatGPT can understand what type of content and output I want to get.

How to Collect the Dataset (Scraping and Transcription)

How to get this data? So what I did, okay what time? Okay how to get this data?

You can build your tool with AI or you can use Apify to scrape, so there's several scrapers on the Apify, YouTube transcript scraper or Instagram scraper and you just put the links to the videos or links to the the profiles, and it gets the videos with transcriptions that you want to get.

What I built, I built local tool using Whisper, local LLM model to transcribe it.

Ideation and Scriptwriting Workflow

Okay, how to get ideas for the videos? You can get them by several things.

Finding Video Topics With Trends and Competitive Research

First, what I was doing in the beginning is just Google Trends. You can open it, just put here whatever term you want, and you can get suggestions so for example in this case AI songs and that's

actually true because one of the videos that I published in this topic it got like 60 ,000 views in I think a week then you can also find some competitors if you creating AI ads that's something that also work people think it's not

working but it does you can use Facebook ads library just also use the term whatever you want and find what other people are doing, what other people are creating.

Dictating Scripts and Polishing Them With the LLM

About scriptwriting, what I do is I use Whisperflow. So it's not, as I said, it's not automated. I'm talking about my experience and what I'm doing.

So what I basically do is use Whisperflow. Anybody know what Whisperflow is? Okay, that's the tool that

you can use. You press a button, you speak to your laptop and it will transform it into text. So I just speak the script that I want and then put the script inside Cloud Project to improve it so it meets my needs.

About the script, as already said, don't use numbers, use letters and also don't use hyphens because if you use hyphens inside the script and use any video generation tool it will like mumble it, it will say like strange words instead of hyphen.

Production Stack: Avatar, Voice, Thumbnails, and Costs

And technical stuff when you want to create it you need several tools as I already said

for the when you have already transcript you need to create video, audio, thumbnail and video editor that's I will not cover video editor so the first thing is

Heijen that's the tool that you can use to create AI avatars and to make it work all the links and all the stuff i will give you this mirror board so you can just get the links later you would need to film yourself so basically have a camera or your phone and film yourself for at least three minutes while speaking this audio and so then you create can create a

look on height again and you can give it script so it can speak this script so basically you choose the look that you have created you can wear different clothes and you can ask ai to change the look of you like you want to change background or whatever and here you just put a script and it will speak this script generate the video for you then

the next thing about Hagen as I said 3 minute video with audio and then good quality because if it would be bad quality you would not get it you

would get bad quality when you're generating then 11 laps that's necessary step it will increase the costs because if you want to just use Hagen voice it will sound bad but 11 laps will help you to achieve a little bit better results

so you can speak your actual voice and not just something that Hagen automatically generates and the cost of it as you can see it's actually around one minute costing 30 cents something like that and it's they change the

prices a lot like not so long ago and for this for 11 labs you would need one and a half two hours of audio what I did I was just reading a book and I choose the worst book I think for this I just floppy a Polish book and it had very hard polish language even for me but it helped remember to not mix languages

because I was thinking okay I'll do like half English half Polish and I just then realized that I cannot do it because Eleven Labs would not take different languages and also do pauses and remember to not um and do all this unnecessary stuff because later on when you will generate the voice it will also be with ums with strange like noises that you did in the recordings.

About thumbnails, I'm using GPT and Nanobanana. GPT right now is pretty good for this. Prompts are simple, just say it, use best practices to create YouTube thumbnail

and give it like some ideas and it will do it and just add your image.

HeyGen cost $29 a month and you can create unlimited amount of videos.

The biggest cost for me right now is 11 Labs because you are actually paying for each minute. I am on $100 plan right now and

you need to cloud. If you want to use cloud projects you need to pay for the subscription.

Same I think with GPT right now if you want to use GPTs you also need paid subscription but I think maybe they have cheaper plan.

Don’t Over-Automate—Use a System and Keep Quality High

total might be around $75 a month and as I said do not try to automate it. that's not a great approach and it will not give you good results especially now when the algorithms and all these tools like YouTube they try to demonetize all automated type of content because it's nothing new all algorithm is casino but

if you use some kind of system it will help a lot why I'm taking telling that it's casino because it's beginning the best strategy is just to take more shots publish a lot of the videos so you can see what's actually working and what's not and it's same for the long

Consistency, Volume, and Where to Find the Resources

form and for the short form for the short form you just need to publish several times a day for the long form one a day is ideal but not a lot of people can do it consistently and not burn out and that's be consistent I think it's also the thing that helped me
