Exploring the New Era of AI and Marketing

And today I'm going to dive into the world of the new era of AI and marketing.

AI's Role in Amplifying Work

But I'm here to explain and show you how actually AI is not here to take our jobs.

It's here to amplify our work. It's here to give us tools and abilities that we didn't have before.

It's not here to replace us. It's here to embrace us.

It's here to give us much more opportunities than we had before. And let me dive into that.

Evolution of Marketing

So, you know, I've been doing marketing for over 20 years. I have started my first company when I was 21 in New York, actually, right here.

And it was plumbing and constructions, don't even ask. And I just wanted to build a business, but there was no social media at the time. There were no online platforms and I didn't have community and I didn't know how I'm gonna bring my voice out.

And what I did, I started with handing paper flyers. into people in the street and that's how i started to actually do marketing 21 many years ago i was 21 but it's more than 21 years ago just shows you how old i am and and so i've seen the marketing and the technology evolving with the years it has been an amazing journey to watch there was paper there were paper flower flyers and then there was myspace and all the social media platforms anyone knows myspace here

All right, so I'm not the only oldie here. That's amazing. Good to know.

So yes, there was MySpace and then Twitter and then Facebook and all this social media evolution and then content creators economy came to the world and so many shiftings and changes in the marketing and in technology in the world.

And as of today, AI, came to the world, and AI came to the world many years ago, and OpenAI launched on 2015.

But when they launched ChatGPT on November 2022, that gave us all access to the chatbot. It gave us all access to the AI, and it changed the way that we are behaving and working.

Now, every campaign in marketing is not only creative, but it's also very intelligent. It's in real time, and it's personalized.

And we're going to talk about it in just a minute.

AI's Business Impacts

So AI benefits a lot of businesses. Now tell me, what do you think is the biggest expense when it comes to business? What do you think?

Humans. All right, you answered the question like that. Yes, humans.

Humans cost us the most, but not only cost money. We cannot always trust them. They have a lot of emotions and experiences.

I'm sure as you're laughing, you know what I'm talking about. Yesterday, maybe they were busy with their girlfriend or they went party late night. So we never know how they will wake up and come to the office or to work.

And then they're also slow. The computer can give us a ten-time faster task than a human.

And also, obviously, they're costly. A human, a person, costs a lot to an employee, to an employer, and the AI is able to replace this and give us much more freedom to use our money to benefit our business.

So at the end of the day, small businesses are working a lot with humans or with people, with employers. There's videographers and content creators and client managers and social media creator and the creative department and so many other tools and so many other people that we need for the company.

But when AI comes into the game, it can create content much easier, it can cut costs, it can have smarter targeting, and it can automate our processes.

And we're going to go deep into some of those things.

AI in Modern Marketing Practices

Now you know in the past, marketing was one size fits all. Means that you did one ad that everyone saw it. You couldn't personalize it and it wasn't really something that everyone felt it went to him.

1But when the era moved along and things changed, and especially today with AI, there are so many changes in the marketing efforts and in the marketing results. So first of all, it's hyper-personalized. The AI enables to analyze the human behavior.

It knows how to predict what it's going to do because it knows how to take the past interactions and the preferences and to craft the right messaging to each and every user or each or every one of our audience. So even if we send one email to a million people, everyone gets it very personalized in a different way when we are working with the right AI tools.

Also, it's a data-driven strategy, which means we don't need anymore to have assumptions about how the user is going to behave or how our audience is going to react to content. We actually can analyze a data that is driven from the internet or from different resources that AI is utilizing. And it makes it much easier for us to target our audience and understand the messaging that we want to craft for it.

Also, there are a lot of smart automations. At the end of the day, automation cuts costs and creates so much time in our timeline. There are so many repetitive tasks like email creation, ad optimization, content creation, or repetitive tasks like email generation or invitations for meetings and so many things that AI can solve with automations.

And we'll talk about it a little bit as well.

Also, scalable content creation. AI can now generate amazing videos and images and visuals and content and text and blog posts and articles and everything that you can imagine in your wildest dreams.

AI is here and it's just made a huge change in the way that we're behaving. So yes, some people are thinking, what, so AI is going to take over my job? Is it going to really change everything in the way that, and it's going to get me fired?

So no, you need to understand that if you adopt the AI, it can leverage you much higher. When you connect the AI algorithm with the human skills, you get a huge success. you get enormous results, amazing results that can affect everything that you do for good.

AI Tools for Conversational Automation

Now, I'm going to show you some of the amazing AI tools that are out there. There are so many tools, there are like ten thousands of tools out there. And we have been utilizing so many in our company, and we know what's better, what's less good.

And by the way, when I'm saying AI tools, you don't need to know all the AI tools in the world. Some people say, my God, which one should I use? I'm gonna try all of them.

First you can try all of them, that's great. But I recommend to pick one or two and utilize them as much as you can, because the more you utilize an AI tool, the better it gets to know you and the better results, more personalized results it's going to give you in the future.

So it's very important. Now the first ones are the player in the conversational AI chatbot field and we have a bunch of them. We got the DeepSig and Gemini and Perplexity, Grok, Cloud and so many others.

I know that I personally love to use ChatGPT and Grok and also Cloud and sometimes I take two of them and I compare the results to make sure that I'm satisfied and there is no something wrong with one of the results on another. I'm learning a lot from utilizing a few at the same time. So just a recommendation.

And I remind you again, let's say you pick ChatGPT to use. The more you use ChatGPT and you implement information in it, the better it will get to know you. The better it will give you answers in the future.

And not only the better, but it will think for you. it will become your assistant you ask it a question it knows already your history it knows what you're referring to it knows your company knows everything about you so the more you utilize one tool the better it gets to know you so i recommend you to pick a tool or two

Content Creation Simplified with AI

Now there are a few elements in the marketing area. There is the content creation, the video, images, emails, web, and there's so many others. But I'm here to give you a few examples because we have time limited and I can't give you the whole thing.

But one of them, for example, is content creation. One of the amazing tools, in case you're not familiar with, it's Canva AI.

So Canva, it's an amazing editing tool that enables you to pick banners, landing pages, create presentations, create images, create PDFs, create whatever you want. And it has now an element of AI in it. And some of the AI tools are integrated with Canva.

So you can create AI avatars, and AI music, and AI logos, and AI images, and it's so easy to use it. It's really, really easy to play drag and drop elements that you can use with Canva.

In case you don't know, someone here doesn't know Canva? Okay, just wanted to make sure. Yeah, Canva, it's like basic, but AI in Canva is a world changer.

There's also a system to create 100 posts in five minutes with Canva. Yes, 100, could be 50, could be 60 posts for the next three months for your social media platforms, for your banners, for your website, whatever you need. You can create 60, 50, 100 posts in five minutes.

And all you need to do is use the dock over here. and there's a whole process with a magic right right here actually you can see on my screen so what i would recommend you if you guys want i can send you the video to show you how this is working you can see my email by the way here on the corner right okay that's our email is support social80.com i don't know why now you don't see it but anyway you'll see it it's on the bottom and you can send me an email and tell me you want the video.

I'll send you the video step by step showing you how you can create 60 posts, 50 posts, 100 posts for your social media platforms in a few minutes with utilizing Canva. I just can't show it here the whole thing because it's a lot of work. Canva also enables you to remove background.

If you want to change something, if you're selling a product or a retail, you can remove a background and change the background to anything that's relevant to you. You can change the model's clothing in just a few seconds by just using that version of Canva, virtual try on. That's the name.

And there's so many other things that it does. There's the dream lab, enables you to create images, as many as you want. You just put the prompt.

Advanced Copywriting Tools

and you create those images very easily. Now, there are two other amazing tools for copy, basically, to create copy, to create a text, to create the copy, basically, for your anything, for anything, for posts, for captions, for your website, for your banners, for your articles, and they're called Copy.ai and Prediceal. We'll start with Copy.ai.

Copy.ai enables you to create an amazing, content that is precisely relevant to you.

You just implement a prompt and you give them all background about your company which you can pull out from JetGBT as well or from any platform that you're utilizing and it can create a pipeline for you that tells you how to sell anything that you want and what type of content you should build up in your pipeline of your marketing strategy. It gives you opportunities to do so many things. You can brainstorm on Facebook ads, repurpose blog posts, create, write a blog post, a webinar follow-up, anything that you want.

It has templates and it knows how to do it, especially with your brand when you implement the brand one time at the beginning. So that's a great tool to use.

Predis AI knows how to create banners, the visuals of the banners, and after you create those banners, you can actually update them in the schedule, in the content calendar, and it's going to automatically post them onto social media platforms.

So all you need to do is create the content. This is our logo, by the way, so you can pick your logo, you can pick your colors, you can pick your theme, you can create your banner, and then all you need to do is choose what platforms you're using for your audience, and then you are connecting these platforms with this tool, with Predis AI, and it enables you to automatically automate and schedule posts that will be posted at the time that you decide, okay?

So this way you automate everything. You don't have to really sit near the computer and do that manually anymore.

Revolutionizing Video Creation with AI

Alright, text to video tools. Now a lot of people are thinking that, you know, it's very hard to create a video. It's a lot of work.

But now we know and we see, I'm sure you all see the updates of how the video generation is so, so advanced. I'm going to give you a few tools that I've been using mainly and what is their purpose as well, just so you get to know in case you don't. So the first one is Kling.

Kling AI, incredible tool. If you haven't known it before, I recommend very, very strongly to use it and try it. And I'll show you some examples.

So Kling AI enables you to, first of all, here's a nice video that I created. My daughter told me, mom, I want to see you as a, as a fairy on a horse, so I told her, okay, here we go.

On a unicorn, because she loves unicorn, that's very easy because you create your own visual and you connect it. They have reference image, which means you can take two references, you can take two images and connect them together. So I put two images, as you can see, and it created a video for me.

You just put the prompt and you tell it what you want it to be. Again, my daughter was the guide here, not me. She said, mom, make yourself ride on the horse in the sky.

I want to see that. So that's what came out. As you can see, I have a five-year-old, not a 25.

She's a five-year-old. And that's why those are my examples. When you raise kids, you multitask.

So she's my guide. Okay, so there's a tool named Astrea, and I can send you also the link. Again, this is my email.

You can always ask me questions at the end. If I'm not here, you can always email me and ask me stuff. I can send you everything, all the tools.

And I'm able to create my own vision as a child, and then I created this video with Kling. But there's no sound. Okay.

So obviously this is all AI, and obviously these are all imaginary images, but you can take any image that you want and bring it to life with Kling. Luma AI enables you to do multiple things as well. Their specialty is really bring to life

historical videos. So I brought my mother's pictures and I created with Luma. And Luma is sometimes so fast.

If you have the pro version, it's much faster. But it creates videos that are incredible. Look what I've done from a prompt.

and a picture, means I put one picture, I told him what I want to have. Sorry, I put multiple pictures because I want it to be a video to show multiple pictures and that's what came out of it. These are the pictures of my mother, rest in peace.

This is me and my sister. I put some bunch of pictures and I asked them. I put the prompt, what do I want to see in the video?

Just bring her to live, make it emotional and here we go. Will my heart ever find its way back home Will the tears that I saved for years take hold These streets that once were paved in gold Are letting memories go Into diamond skies So it's literally took images and created a whole new planet for them, which is incredible, the Luma AI.

Now Runway is another amazing tool that enables you to create videos. It knows to do a lot of functions like expand the video, it knows how to crop a video, it knows how to create a vertical video to a horizontal one, and the opposite as well.

So if you have a video you wanna make it horizontal, it will fill in the gaps in the top and the bottom. And the same goes on the vertical one, on the horizontal one, it's going to fill in the gaps, what you tell it to do. But the most amazing thing called Act One.

Act One enables us to actually stand in front of the computer, and when we talk and do expressions, it's going to do it with the characters that we are picking. And I'm going to show you how this is working.

Act 1 now allows you to take your facial animation and put them onto other characters within videos, not just images. This is groundbreaking and will change the future of filmmaking. okay so you can take imagine you want to take your picture and be a representative on your own reel on your own character on your own vision that you have to create a video but you don't want to make a video of yourself so you can now create those images and bring yourself or a character any other character your logo your your

I forgot the word, your representative, sorry, that will be able to actually show himself in your company. So you can create a full video that is based on one picture of whoever you want and you can start to create those videos for your social media, for your blog, for your webinars, for anything that you want to utilize. And that's very easy to use and it's incredible results.

Google AI and its Comprehensive Platform

Google AI, all right, Google AI came and smashed all the rest on the floor, kicked their asses away. Now they're not interesting. Everything I taught you, forget about it.

V03, it's the next thing. They came and what happened is that they brought all those tools into one place. You know, there are many tools like 11 Labs that create a voice tone, and Runway, and Cling, and all those tools. Astrea that creates our own characters. It brought everything into one place.

Google AI created VO3 that enables you to create a video that has real you can with one prompt create the sounds effect the voices the images the videos everything in one platform i'll show you an example the ring of the city will now be going live to our top influencer opinions omg people the world is ending you got real survivor's wife energy

That's cool. I like them feisty. Like, it would totally be better if we ran it, you know?

Men literally destroy everything. A girl told me we're made of prompts. Like, seriously, dude. You're saying the only thing standing between me and a billion dollars is some random text?

Honestly, the biggest red flag is when the guy believes in the prompt theory. Like, really? We came from prompts? Wake up, man.

You want to convince me that this perfect creation behind me is the result of ones and zeros? A binary code and nothing more? It makes no sense. Where is the prompt writer to save you from me? Where is he? You still believe we're made of prompts?

Vote for me and I'll ban the prompt theory from schools. There's no place for that nonsense in our lives.

I know for a fact we're made of prompts. Deny it all you want. The signs are everywhere.

Yes, there are so many videos like this out there. If you do VO3 on Google or on Instagram, everywhere you'll find the best, funniest, really, VO3. And it's all made with one prompt, really.

This is so easy to create. Now, Google AI also create a live meeting translation, virtual clothing sizing, XR glasses, and so many other things. They came out with so many tools.

But you really have to try it. And again, I recommend you, everything that I'm showing, you don't have to try everything. Pick one that you love and practice on it. The more you practice, the better you're going to explore your mind with this and know.

Image Creation with AI

Now, when we're talking about images, there are a few tools that I can recommend you on. ChatGPT came with amazing new elements of images that enables you to create images with precise text.

Now, it's very hard to create text. Even in the videos that we saw before, there's a caption that has scrambled letters. Yeah, gibberish, right.

But with ChatGPT you can actually create the right text. So the process is sometimes you can create the image on ChatGPT and take it to the other tools and play with it because you have the real text written down. You can also create infographics.

I told them create an infographic about a bee, how she's working. And here we go, boom, I got this infographic about how the bee is working or how the bee creating the honey.

And then I got, I was sitting in the airport and I took a picture of the people and I uploaded it and asked them to make an animation from the people in front of me and that's the result. So you can do everything that you want with ChatGPT, very high quality images, literally leaving everyone back in the dust.

But I wouldn't rest in peace yet all the rest and I'll talk about it. They have also Sora which is text to video. Sora is pretty amazing, not as advanced as the other ones. It's still a little bit behind to my opinion and to other people's opinion and to the fact that it's really a little bit behind.

But still they're creating amazing videos and it's all inside ChatGPT so you can play with it very easily and explore that as well. And then Midjourney is the mother and the father of the images that you can play with it and create images very easily. All look so real and so realistic.

And the same goes to Ideagram where you have also the option to create posters and logos and banners and t-shirt ideas and also to create images from scratch. So if you want to do images for your website, Ideogram is incredible.

It also enables you to take an image and to extend it. I took an image and I asked it to create all the lower part because it doesn't exist. It was just my head, which is, by the way, not me. It's my avatar. As you can see, it made me 20 years younger, but that's wannabe me. Then I asked it to add the lower part and it did.

It's literally creating it for you and also able to change the outfits and give you different results. Super amazing. You can also extend.

So for example, I was playing with creating a banner for my website, which is obviously like not a square. And I told it I want to do myself in an office. And it's filled in as not a square, but a banner with an office inside it.

So you can create anything that you want for your website, for your website. Again, banners, Instagram, ads, everything that you want, this is an amazing tool to play with it.

Administrative AI Tools

And when it comes to, when it comes to administrative work when it comes to marketing administrative there are two amazing tools one of them compose and one of them is tactic when i talk about compose compose enables us to utilize a the chrome it's a chrome extension that enables us to utilize our emails and to actually get much easier results when we do reply on something it already gives us a template of the reply so we don't have to start in type everything in.

You have templates and you have replies and you have rephrase emails, emails that already exist and there are so many tools. It can combine into the Google Docs. You can also create Google Docs and documents and agreements and all kind of stuff with composed that just ease your work.

You don't need anymore to seat and write all the text. It just put it in for you. It's amazing in here.

This is an example that for an email that was for someone and I hit enter, I said yes, I want to tell him that yes, I want to meet at the coffee and it gave me the whole email. It created it for me. I literally just said yes, I want to reply to Jonathan, meet me at the shop and it wrote the email. And that's just one example for Compose.

It's an amazing tool and to enable rephrasing and so many other things. Also, Tactic AI is an amazing tool.

Tactic AI enables us to summarize our conversations on Zoom, enables us to create a summary, create the transcription for it, enables me to take images while I'm having a conversation. And it also summarizes later. It enables me to take notes while I'm in the conversation.

And it has this platform. or this dashboard where you can follow up on every meeting that you had. How many people were there? How many people were active?

You can literally send the transcribe to someone else immediately. You can, you have a kit, you have a team that can manage everything. You can, where is this one?

You have one that transcripts. You have transcripts and you can also take the full summary put it in chat gpt or in one of those chat bots and ask it to summarize it for you or to make an email from it or to put it into bullet points for you or whatever format you want to use it just literally do all the job for you so it's super easy and super important to use if you want to save time money don't need anymore just someone to sit and write your, you know, completely your, summarize your meetings, okay?

That's kind of a, oh, by the way, and tactic also enables you to take, like, YouTube video, for example, put the link and transcribe the whole text, everything into text. So if you want to summarize someone's talk, You put it in tactic and it's just download and I think this is even a free part that they have that we utilized it. I don't know if it's still free, but I think it was free at least for some point.

And what you actually do, you are able to transcript the whole conversation. Even if it's a half an hour lecture, you have it all written down and then it can summarize it for you. Like really amazing tool to use.

Web and Document Creation Simplified with Gamma.ai

And Gamma, Gamma AI helps you build websites. But not only website, it helps you build documents, landing pages, website, PDFs, everything that you want.

Gamma.app, an amazing tool. that ease your life when it comes to documents, web pages, or presentations.

And what you do with it, basically, you are going into it, you put your, what do you want to do?

I wrote, I want a conference real estate about, a conference about real estate, sorry. This is a little bit about the history that I, that we had, 100 attendees before. We have, we're going to have three panels, one auction, yada yada.

And then I'm just explaining what am I going to do in this, what do I want in this presentation. Now the next step, he's doing it for me.

He says, okay, let me come up with a few ideas. Here are an outline for you, what do you think? And then it outlines what is it going to be inside the presentation.

When I see this, I can either fix it, change it, regenerate it, and try again here, right here.

Or I can hit continue, and then boom, it gives you It gives you the presentation.

I thought I had another slide. It gives you a presentation exactly to what you pick, but you can choose the color, you can choose the theme, you can choose the template, you can choose the font, you can choose the picture. You can regenerate each and every part of it.

So it creates for you all the work. So you can see it created this home page, and then it created the panels like I asked, and then it created real estate auction and what was my past success and what we had before.

And this is just a summary of everything goes in this presentation. you can literally click on every part of it and regenerate the text or you can add your own of course if you have your own text your own things that you want to add in you can do that too so that's really easy to use and also by the way those tools are great for ideas as well inspiration sometimes we sit me as an entrepreneur and as a mom of two i can sit at home for hours and

trying to get ideas and I have no one to brainstorm with because that's how entrepreneurs are. They are brainstorming with themselves. But now I have Gamma to give me ideas and elements that I can use for my future presentations and decks and maybe investors deck or maybe even a lecture that I do like this one.

And it is really easy on everything. And it helps with landing pages, with any document that you want, agreements and things like that.

AI Avatars and Automation

AI avatars.

AI avatars are the future and they're what we are going to see more and more on social media, on banners, on TV, on everywhere.

There are bunch of avatar tools I'm going to run them really quickly there's hey Jen you already met avatar and I have this in on my Instagram all over it you can see my avatar is rocking on my Instagram and if you don't want to be in front of a camera you can create your own avatar and that's what we do also in in our company and you got holo AI you got Cynthia you got

uh... d i d which is amazing israeli company that do avatars as well and there are a bunch of companies that do avatars as well and automations enables you to actually i think it's the next lecture that you guys are going to talk about a little bit about the agentic

There are a lot of tools and ways to automate your life. You can automate so many things.

One of them is make.com. Make enables you to automate your content creation, your email blast, your wow.

so many things, your newsletter creation and send them and create ideas and everything can be automated. Customer support, sales, pitches, there's AI for the website as a WhatsApp, AI and phone calls and everything can be automated with either make.com or with...

n8n which is another ai workflow automation it's a little bit more complicated it's more for developers but it's also an amazing tool that enables you to build agents and work with them uh as well which we also do in our company these are

Navigating the AI Landscape

more or less the tools that i'm going to give you for today but i want to say something a lot of people are afraid to get started okay ai can be very scary ai can be intimidating who knows where the world is going to but at the end of the day the more early the earlier you are going to work and try it and explore it and experience it the less scarier it's going to become because the more you're going to play with it, the more you're going to try the tools, the better you'll get to know them and they will get to know you and you will get better in this and you'll be ahead of so many people who will just explore it as they go.
