And the third thing, people wearing masks. That was in 2015, 2016, 2017. But actually, that was the reality that we had here in 2020.
So let's ask what's happening right now in China and maybe in the next following year's time, maybe will happen here. So what's happening right now?
First of all, the influencers, that's a very important channel. Actually, 1last year there were an influencer who sold half of the Spanish GDP in one hour in TikTok in China.
Then the people nowadays are paying by the hand, okay? Because it's easier. You don't need a mobile phone who will block you to pay something.
And then the good citizen, let's say. OK, I don't know if you've ever been in China. But when you are there, there's a lot of cameras recording you. So you have, let's say, Something like in Spain, we say when we are driving. So in China, it's the same, but for the citizens.
So if you are, let's say, walking through the streets in Shanghai and you are smoking and you split the cigarette, you will lose a point. But if you help a grandma to cross the street, you will gain a point. So when you will go to the bank to order a credit or a mortgage connected with your personal, let's say, points, you will have an interest or another.
You see? So I don't know. That maybe will happen here.
In economy, we always say that there's two different ideas.

Nowadays, the Homo sapiens sapiens, it's like, let's say, 15,000 years old. Or let's say, 15,000 years ago, we were painting that kind of paint. And nowadays, we paint this. And I think it's not very different.
You see? So again, another exponential curve. Yeah?
So 10,000 years ago, 15,000 years ago is that side of the last point. And this is on the other side. You see? How old we are and how connected is this?
So the question is, are we ready for the new artificial intelligence era?
I don't know what I don't know. I don't have the answers. I try to have the questions as we were talking before.
What's artificial intelligence? Well, in my opinion, artificial intelligence is just the software. It's the new software that we will have to use in our daily.

Another interesting artificial intelligence agent is Omnia. Do you know this agent?
Nowadays, ChatGPT is the new door of Internet. Many years ago was Google, a few years ago the social media, and nowadays ChatGPT is a new door to getting in the Internet, let's say, world.
Me, as a company, if I ask something to ChatGPT, let's put an example, where I should eat something tonight in this neighborhood. So me, as a business, I should be the first position in the answer of ChatGPT. So Omnia helps me to be the first one in ChatGPT, the jail.
So it's very important to work the organic development in the new internet door. KGBD. Or, for example, VCAT. Do you know VCAT? I met them two years ago in Mobile World Congress. They are from Korea, very nice people.
And let's put an example. I think that could be better. I am, let's say, Volkswagen and I want to create an advertisement of the new Golf. I have two options.
The first one is business as usual and go with the car to the Swiss Alps. Spent a lot of money recording the car with the Swiss Alps, yeah? An amazing day, moving all the team, etc. Spending a lot of money.
Or another option is using Bicat. I take a picture of the car and I say, could this car could be drive... in the Swiss Alps. And it will create an advertisement with a very good quality, trust me, of the car.
Or for example, Weiss, do you work in marketing? A few of you, for example, instead of creating a specific post for TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, I use WISE. I share the picture, the photo, to WISE with the prompt and it will create, automatically, The post for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn. So I just have to create once instead of four times all the social media that as a company I am. You see?
For example, me working as a university professor, working in many universities, working as a university professor about innovation, international digital business, or artificial intelligence. So me as a professor, the things which I'm teaching, I have to be sure that all the things I say are true.
So instead of using chat GPT, I use Proem because this chatbot follows and searches the information just in the, let's say, PhD thesis. So it's true.
You see? So in my case, I use this to create, for example, specific and quality classes because I look for that kind of platforms. Or for example, Ethonics.
Do you know this one? I don't know if you are working in innovation, but in our case, what we do is, okay, I want to see the new trends or the specific trends in a specific industry or me as a multinational, I want to create, let's say, a joint venture with a specific startup because a startup is more connected with innovation.
So I could search which are the startups, trends, consumer insights, opportunities, ideas in my specific industry. to go through this point. I recommend you this agenda. It's a very good one if you're working in innovation.
Oh, synthetic users.
We have a customer in Seoul Digital. They are a big hotel in Mallorca. I can't say the name.
they call us and they ask us, like, okay, we want to improve the experience of our customers when they are in our hotel. And we don't know what we don't know. And 90% of our customers, they are people retired from Germany.
As you know, if you work in marketing or not, if I want to improve my service, my product, I just have to ask to my customer, how could be better? So doing, let's say, market research or getting insights, how to improve my experience, my project, my product, yeah? They will tell me.
So instead of calling, retired people from Germany. I use synthetic users to create a digital twin. And I said to the machine, hey, you will be a guy, 70 years old, from Germany, retired. You've been working all your life in that kind of industrial multinational. So tell me, what do you think about the experience?
So instead of getting or calling real people, I was talking with this digital twin. And I promise you that the insights were impressive.
$6, 100 answers from 100 people. So as you can see, the artificial intelligence agents give us superpowers. And I think that's the idea.

And then the lion starts. Run, to me. In that moment, I have two options.
The first one, run more than the lion. Could be an option, I don't recommend you. Another option, running more than another zebra.
