Hello, I'm Cosmas Kharitos. I work as an SDR here in Epignosis.
And the main reason I was invited to present here is because I created a GPT that has over a thousand chats in just a few months.
and it's basically so simple for anyone to create that you don't really need a tech background to create something like this. It's very simple.
I'm an SDR here in Epignosis and what an SDR does basically here is that we work as a filter to the company so there are people that we call them leads which are potential customers that they want to use our product in the future to streamline their training
processes so basically they book a meeting with us which lasts around 15 to 20 minutes and in that zoom meeting we're having a quick discussion over the training needs and goals and identify if our product could fit their
training needs so when I first joined the company to be honest with you I was having a hard time my head was all over the place to do and conduct all my tasks
The main task that we had is the meeting that I just mentioned, the 15 -minute call, but of course that comes with other tasks, other following tasks, which is if our product is indeed a good fit for the client, we basically pass them for a next call with an account executive that they will be conducting a demo for them, and they will be talking about pricing as well.
Now, for this presentation, do you need to have a tech background?
the answer is no absolutely not so what I would like everyone to do here is to identify where you belong do you belong in a team or not I bet most of you here work for a company for a business or some of you might work individually that
means that you are a gear in a machine basically imagine like like a car okay the tires work perfectly fine but the engine is not working you will not be able to go from point a to point b now if the engine is working and the tires are messed up you might go from point a to point b but you know not as fast as you could go or not that efficient
so 1you need to do things that would not only benefit you but would benefit your team as well
now identify any time consuming tasks in your daily working routine so for instance me i had to conduct daily calls which means that I had to manually take notes while I was in the meeting which at the same time need to look professional need
to actively listen to the lead that I was speaking to and making sure that I keep all my notes in order to pass it to the next assignee for the next demo so I had a thing that it was actually taking a lot of my time for imagine
Imagine having a call with a potential customer, which lasts 15 to 20 minutes, then manually taking the notes.
And actually I'm going to share with you a slide that has all these tasks, so let's wait for that.
Now, what can you do in order to reduce the time spent on those tasks?
You need to think about, as I mentioned, not individually, but having a team spirit as well.
and I'm gonna show you how easy it is for anyone anywhere to create something
so simple that saves tons of time so on the left side is my life before I created this GPT that I will be showing you further down the line and I had to manually take all the notes during my discovery course which was trust me it
was a headache okay then I had to review the coding of my call in order to check out if i missed anything or not that was taking around five to ten minutes of my time of course most of the times i knew what i missed but some of the times i might did not understand something um the lazy english level wasn't wasn't that good so i had to review that
call and make sure that my notes are refined third nicely write these notes and trust transfer them them to our CRM tool for the next assignee to have them nicely written and be able to read them properly imagine you know getting a lead from another
colleague of yours and the notes are messed up so you know it's a bit of a headache for them and last but not least manually write a handoff email where I will be introducing the lead the potential customer to the account executive for the next call confirming the next booking and basically that's it
as you can see if you add these minutes it's about 15 to 30 extra minutes plus
a KDIC okay now this was my life after I created this very simple GPD I was only
taking keywords as notes in order to you know keep my head and focus on you know and emphasise on more important things during the call.
After the call, I was just copying the transcript of the discovery call and I was pasting it in the GPT that I created, which was about one minute, and I'm being very generous here.
And third, generate the handoff email and send it to the lead, introducing it to our account executive, which again, takes around one to two minutes and trust me, that's a lot.
But during the demo, you will find out that that's even less time.
So that was from 15 to 30 extra minutes plus headache, two to three minutes with no headache.
Headache is a very important thing.
Now, let's focus on the demo right now. There it is.
So this is a very simple GPD that I have created. And I don't really want to focus on how I created this GPD, But again, emphasize and focus on how simple it is for anyone, anywhere, to create something so simple that saves tons of time, not only individually, but for the team as well.
So what I have here is a transcript of a discovery call. It's a fake one because of data privacy, as you can understand, so I will just copy that, then paste it to my GPT.
so the input is the transcript and this GPT can also be an email sometimes we receive emails from leads very detailed emails with a lot of information so we don't really need to have a discovery call with them or even
a PDF file now the output was in just a few seconds I got all the notes that I need to take from that lead which is in that case the situation pain points to impact critical event and decision criteria and a few more additional
information which then the TPT asks me if I would like to generate a handoff email if the lead is qualified or not of course so I will type yes and again in a
couple of seconds that was the email where I will be introducing the lead to the account executive confirming our next booking as well so what I would do is copy that go to my email paste everything there and that's basically it
so as you can see that's something very simple that everyone can build and let me go back to the presentation and I don't know if you have any questions or
not that was very simple and I can actually tell you a small story a quick story how I created this TPD so most of you here I believe that you know how to create a GPD and if you don't trust me it's very simple and what I did back in the day when I
created it is I had no idea about GPDs that they exist and I had created a chat in chat GPD where I was just pasting my transcripts and every time that I was having a discovery call I was going back to the chat I was just copy pasting the new transcript and I got the output I noticed at some
point that the chart was lagging to be honest with you sometimes it wasn't even loading so I had to create another chart and do the same thing again and again
when I found out about GPDs what I did is I went to the same chart where I was copy pasting all the time and I just told the chart GPT to create a prompt for me for that specific objective and I just copy paste that prompt to GPDs here
where we go to create a GPT. I copy -paste the prompt and then I just had the GPT.
As you can see this GPT has more than a thousand chats in just a few months and really helps us streamline the whole, you know, after -call process.
And does productivity really hide behind complex AI tools? No, it's not.
it's you need to focus on the simple things that take time and they annoy you daily and you will need to try to find ways to you know streamline everything
not only individually as you mentioned but for your team as well that was it
any questions
