I need a volunteer from the audience. That's a great start.
So this is a, you know, this is a live demo. Some things will go wrong and it's fine because the point is not that AI is perfect, but the point is that it does allow us
to get more done in a shorter amount of time. Even if it doesn't always react in the way that we think it should.
So this is the start of our program. And so this shows you the potential that AI has to help people. So keep this in mind as we go through it.
And what I want us to do is to, you see, you've got the curriculum here, which would be prompt and engineering basics, helping users to create assistants and agents, and then going beyond just LLMs
and look at other tools like Suno, Gamma, Napkin AI. And what I want us to do
is to do the personalization in real time. So I need a volunteer from the audience that would help me to customize this and answer some questions about their job.
A non -technical person, if possible. 1You see, when you just go through the program, or when you log into our platform, the first thing that you do that the platform does is asking you about the job. Your job and your tasks, and on the basis of that, the entire experience would be customized.
Can we have a volunteer from the audience to do this? Otherwise I will do it with my job, but it's boring because I know my job, I don't know yours.
any volunteer yes oh I thought you were volunteering yourself okay fantastic what's your job okay someone non -technical place because there is a program for non -technical people I'm really sorry thank you for helping yes Yes, all right, so let's do this together.
Can you see the screen? Yes.
So, what is it that you do? Do I need to describe in words? Yes. No job title.
Yeah. Also. Yeah, come here and we're gonna use the microphone of the computer.
Okay, nice.
I am a client partner at Talent Garden. My job is to manage the relationship with the client, ensuring satisfaction on the projects that we develop with them and also crafting proposal and I have sales target and my goal is to maintain and
force the relationship and spark more opportunity within their account so I'm using a dictation app so you see that the entire description has been dictated it and just need to polish up the first part so on the basis of this our algorithm would start to customize the program and you see it's gonna get quite specific about the tasks Matilda can
you answer this question because I have no idea it's your job no mine okay okay my main client touch points are emails slack basically with the client and the meetings of course and what outputs do I produce mostly decision advices and then presentations I might do some excels sometimes and I deal with our CRM to
to ensure every opportunity is correctly tracked and everything is well represented on our systems. And I've made it a bit bigger so that you can see the response.
All right, now it's gonna go really in detail about what it is that you're looking for in these proposals. And the reason it's doing that on its own is that then that's reflected in the examples
that we show you as you go through the program. So we take all of that information with craft the job description and then we would be able to adjust the curriculum pretty much line by line to ensure that that information is
reflected wait I need to read I cannot see so I will read for you when you're crafting a proposal what are the three six steps you would usually follow from client hints at a need and which step is the biggest time sink or hardest to get
right okay so I try to describe that need in words and I usually put a slide which is what we understood about your need and then try to match this need with our current solution where we don't do of course it's consulting so where are they ever going for a standard solution one fits all but we are like
like putting together pieces of a puzzle of the different frameworks or formats we have within my company in order to build a solution for the client. And then, of course, you try to understand accordingly to the budget, if you know it, if the solution is in line with the desiderata, the client budget.
and of course you craft the pricing based on the cost that you have about internal and external costs and the right margin you want to get for this project that's a lot of information I don't think I would be able to process it in five seconds okay so you see that Matilda didn't
quite answer the last point which is about what is it that takes most of your time because that's precisely what we would target with the algorithm I can Sorry.
Finding information within the company. We have many, we do many things and so sometimes it's hard to find the right person and get information in a short time. So yes.
Okay, and then it would look at the tools that you actually use within the, to do all of this. So it will just assume that it's a mix of this, just for the sake of argument.
And this process would go on for another five ten minutes we are going to stop it now stop and generate case studies stop and generate use cases but you get how the algorithm works it's really trying to gather information from input to output to time that you spend on something that will then be useful of course which then is used to customize the program of course it's
telling me highest stakes artifact need to produce like I will reply now it's asking me for more informations and that's the minimum it needs to be useful so just for the sake of argument I will take the first three I will assume it's
the first sorry Matilda and making many assumptions about your job let's say this and you might be thinking why is this so painful why is this so long I mean it's the sort of thing that any workflow consultant would want to understand when they start working with you let's include all of them so it it's
the first time that I do this and the algorithm keeps on improving which means that it's more and more difficult to do this in a short period of time okay let's take this three team BIOS and let's see I think it should be baking
now are there any questions in the meantime hopefully you get where this is going if not please tell me and I can explain again it's not and it shouldn't be so this is just something that we are running to customize a
learning program so we have got GPT 5 .2 working in the background and following a series of system prompts that we have developed that basically guide the user through the customization that that is happening right now. Does that answer your question or questions on this?
So as this is baking, it's taking a bit longer than usual. Let me show you how my profile looks like. And so what the final result would look like.
So I would have a description that looks pretty much like this on the back of the customization, very detailed description.
I'm the head of community and partnerships. ships these are the tools that i use these are the things that i do and on the basis of this your experience is customized so if i go in chain of thought reasoning which is a prompting
technique then i would get let's see actually if matilda is done yes there you go just a few questions about AI usage but then you see the entire program now is customized with not Antonio anymore but Matilde and so if we go here on this learning card you see that Matilde would get an exercise that is customized to her
particular job who has heard about chain of thought reasoning as a prompting technique one person here in the back one person there so it's basically when you tell the the model to think through things step by step and not just give a blanket instruction and so you see
that on the back of what we discussed with matilda the model is giving a standard prompt you know this is the sort of thing you might just type quickly here are my client call notes and constraints what approach should you propose and it's given mathilde an example of a longer prompt that she could put together just on the basis of that description
that we created and so the advantage of this is that the learning i mean this really brings ai to your context we're not it's not a pre -baked or profile specific training but it's really about what matilde would do what i would do on a daily basis and that's the description that he generated manage relationships for consulting project work these are the client touch points and these are
the items and on the basis of that description the entire learning experience is customized
so this was just a a way of giving you a an idea of what we do at mindstone with with ai with our learning platform and we offer this training for enterprises or individuals
and if you're interested we can discuss later I'm really happy to take any questions that you might have on this and thank you Matilda for volunteering
any questions yes yes thank you for the question I didn't have time to show you
but there are longer step -by -step use cases so on the basis of that description that you've seen you get some scenarios it's very small because it's very detailed so i will zoom in you're starting a proposal deck run it with an ai assistant paste your inputs add your standard deck outline use this prompt and produce these outputs
and so you would get six of this and so on top of the practical exercises that you've seen
then you get this very this longer you should think about them it's not they're not They're not simple questions. They're like essay -like assignments. So you get these essay -like assignments that you can implement straight away.
