Good afternoon everyone. I want to take the advantage to thank you, all of you, to take your time to attend this space to talk about artificial intelligence and how this changes the way we work.
First of all I would like to introduce myself and talk about my experience in the corporate world but also my experience with the artificial intelligence.
So right now I am working as the Europe Marketing Director of a company of electronic devices for inhalation called Air Global. My previous experience was in Kellogg's and Procter & Gamble.

Besides my corporate projects and my corporate life, I work as an AI consultant and trainer for several industries here in Europe and also in South America.
So today's talk is about how we can integrate all the information to generate insights in the marketing world.
What I am going to talk about today can be applied to other industries such as medicine, law, finance, and it's how I integrate all the information to generate the insights for my job currently as the Europe Marketing Director, taking into account that right now I am leading several brands in several markets, so I need to generate the insights too fast.
and as you already know this work is going too fast so we need to make sure that all the information and all the insights are achieved in a pretty fast
way so today I will talk about how to choose your AI a weapon when we want to integrate several sources of information to get the insights as I already mentioned I will focus on marketing which is my field however you can apply in other fields so we have I will talk about the three that we already know which are which are ChatGPT, Cloudy and Gemini.
With ChatGPT we can generate images we can generate through SORA videos also we can generate a audio
also with Claudia you know in terms of the marketing okay it's good for all the organic speeches organic content that I would like to create in terms of the
written communication is pretty good but for me in terms of how I work Gemini has changed the way of integrate the information why because 1Gemini gives you you the opportunity to integrate videos, documents, links, and get insights from the information.
So not just the YouTube videos. So for me, in the fields I move, I need to get many insights from YouTube videos, and also from technical information in the field I work, which are the electronic devices.
So when I need to get the insights, right now, I don't have the time to check all the videos, all the information. I need the tool to integrate all the information and give me the insights that I need to deploy the strategy that will impact the business.
So I will show you with a practical example how we can integrate this information and get the insights that we need to work on strategies that will impact the business.
Are not just those strategies that will make the communication viral, are strategies that will make the business grow, will make the NTO of the company grow.
It's not just about this cloud of information that we cannot use. It's how we can use this information to impact the business wherever we are.
So how we integrate the information and and the steps that I follow and the system that I have when I want to get insights from the market.
So first, I gather all the raw data that I want to integrate, such as industry reports, market databases, expert videos.
Let's say that if you would like to create a YouTube channel and you would like to integrate all the information from several videos that you will, several channels you would like to compete,
Feed Gemini allows you to integrate all those videos and then get the insights and also identify the wide gaps that you can fill out in the market.
Then you feed Gemini, you attach all the PDFs, Excel video links, and also you can attach the video by itself.
It doesn't need to be upload on Gemini, which is pretty important.
Sometimes we have some videos that are not uploaded in YouTube but we need to get this information let's say some like technical stuff so we can upload it and ask Gemini to integrate all the information then we extract the information and we have the information
ready to use so let's start with the example so let's pretend right now that that we are working as a part of a marketing team or we want to launch a new division of a fashion brand. So we have several sources.
In this case, we have several reports from McKinsey State of Fashion, also another report from Kantar.
We have an Excel with all the market overview for fashion. And also we have some videos. This time I will use some videos from YouTube.
where they talk about AI in fashion discovery, some trends, and also sustainable fashion. So I will show to you which are going to be the resources that we will use.
So as we are pretending that we are part of this group of people that want to launch the brand, I will integrate this whole deck from Kantar,
talking about fashion finding a future series of fashion also I have this other one about the state of fashion this report from McKinsey which talks about the global economy consumer chips and fashion systems I have also this Excel
file with a lot of information segment analysis key trends and I want to cross all the information with those YouTube videos. The trends for the fashion 2026, plus the simpler solution to fast fashion.
Also, it's important to take into account that sometimes we want to get information from videos that are either in English or Spanish.
So if we want to check videos in German and French, this will allow us to integrate all the information and check what is the script behind the video from my experience I attend the German market and some of my content creators they also create YouTube videos
I don't speak German but when they upload the video I can check the whole script and integrate all the information just through Gemini which makes me be pretty fast also to rate the information they are sharing also understand the trends from other creators.
So for me, this is pretty important to use in the marketing field.
So with all those assets that we have, that I already showed to you, we will ask Gemini to analyze all the formats simultaneously and give us a market research.
The marketing opportunity map, the GNC consumer profile, trend forecast, sustainability position, and then I can
keep asking Gemini to give me more information when I remember that 10 years ago when I was working for Procter and Gamble I was working for the market research area and I had to integrate all this information manually and I remember that for one brand I spent almost one month integrating all the data cleaning the data getting the insights and connecting the dots and I remember
that my boss at that time told me you need to learn how to connect the dots I think that now you need to find the tool that will connect the dots for you to get the insights which is pretty important to take into account right now
the skills that you need now are not the same that you used to develop years ago now the market is changing and this can seem too basic but it is not when we talk about how we can impact the business and our professional performance when talking about
connecting the dots so here i already have the prompt so as you already know um okay we will ask gemini to act as a senior market research strategy to integrate all the data and produce use a complete market intelligence report.
