Hi everybody. So we are a very smaller company compared to this size.
So I want to start firstly showing like quickly a couple of slides, not to make it boring, but then it will be like an introduction to before I show you the little demo we have. have.
So to understand CLIMB, we need to understand the field, the industry we are moving in, which is the corporate training.
Today, digital training, we know it's flexible, everybody can do it from home, it's unlimited, we have like a billion courses online and it's cost effective, companies don't pay much. But we also know it's absolutely ineffective.
It's It's ineffective because essentially watching a video online has the same way of learning as watching a teacher, and probably you're getting bored seeing me speaking to you with the slides, so the same thing is when you need to learn.
And generally it means that you don't actually apply in your everyday life what you learned.
Here comes CLIMB. CLIMB.
CLIMB uses a system which is based on playing, learning by playing, so sort of learning by doing, but in a gaming environment.
It's a platform designed to create corporate courses and in form of video games using not, it's
not the gamification like Duolingo, now you will you will see in the demo, so So it's not based on simple quits or crosswords puzzles, because the way of learning is still the same. It's just top down.
But it's based on a system that, in the world of psychology, is called functional isomorphic learning. What is functional isomorphic learning?
It's essentially Karate Kid walks on, walks off. So it means doing something, iterating, making mistakes over and over until you learn a certain skill set of skills in a out of out of
context environment where you learn the skills that you will apply in your everyday environment you will see now in the demo what what this means why is this more effective is because essentially you do things to learn and And you don't just passively receive information from above.
Our platform is essentially based on a few pillars.
The first one is, of course, is a video game. So it's based on a game -based learning. Game -based learning means that the entire experience is end -to -end within a video game.
So you're all the time playing. You're not answering questions with a nice bird smiling up on the right.
but it's a complete video game at the NPCs so the the the players that you will find in this video game are based on the on a rag rag is a retrieval
augmented generation system is essentially a sort of box made out of the AI within which there's the information you want to you want to teach this is to avoid hallucinations and this kind of this kind of things so
the rag is empowering our our NPCs it means that you just feel the information to the system and it will generate a video game with the players based on the information that you gave.
This is the third pillar, so it's essentially flexible because it can be applied to different subjects that you want to learn.
Now there's a few words on the market opportunity, but I think we can skip it.
We will go to the small demo that we created.
Now, just to explain, the company is very small, we just started now, a few months ago, we are doing a few POCs with Penny Market and some other big companies.
Everybody found particularly interesting in this concept the fact that essentially the experience of the player is not the one of a simple student getting bored, but is an
It is an experience of playing all the time until until the end now we see here the scenario is very simple This is this demo shows you an assessment where the player needs now
I will just stop it for a second the player needs is in a restaurant and needs to convince the owner to make a discount to to the to the buyer so the
The concepts that we are assessing here are the skills that we are assessing are the capacity of the person playing, let's remember we are talking about employees of a company, the skills to convince, the skills of negotiation, the target that we are, the people that we are targeting now are essentially sales departments because we are focusing on negotiation skills.
the next module will focus on persuasion so still within the sales environment so here we see it's people that play almost get angry when they play because they need somehow to find a solution to convince this person to make a discount
to them and there's not much you know there's it's it's free you can play the way you want you can you can try to you can even install to the person this will will all be recorded and made it into the final report.
All this system is based on a psychological test, which is called DISC. It's a test that is made with incorporate training as well to assess the personality of a person.
So playing behind the NPC, there's this rug. there's the AI essentially that is based on the system of the disc is assessing the player so targeting the player within a certain personality and so it will adjust itself based on your personality so it will know that you are
a person that is for example more I don't know what wants to show off so you know tries to get a discount saying you know I'm an influencer or I'm a famous person then the system will know the type of personality you are within the disk the disk test and it will explain and adjust this way in our team there's
a psychology psychologist is a Chicago de la bora so is a psychologist for for for corporates so we saw here our our the player made it to do the first
challenge so got the discount and now needs to go to another table where there would be a person that will essentially tell the player, look, I don't really want you to sit here. I want to stay on my own.
So now the player needs to convince the person that, look, this is the only free place in the entire restaurant. I want to sit here. So this other NPC has a different personality.
So it's assessing different aspects of the personality of the player, assessing also different skills. In our case, he needed to negotiate on the price here needs to to convince the person to do something that
the person doesn't really want so again there's in this assessment there's different ways to crack it different and here is also quite funny because when when people play this they they usually get very very angry at this point because this person she's called Karen is very very very tough a tough person
But the thing we like the most here is that we can add more and more NPCs to the game, and each NPC will have its own personality, so we can assess more and more skills within the same set of video games.
We just created two other people. One is a chef, I don't remember who is the other. So they are also assessing other aspects of your personality or of the skills that you are assessing of the player.
At the end of the video game, there will be a report that is generated both for the player with some advices. We're making it quite funny, so we are describing the personality of the player, so of the employee, giving some sort of funny jokes, but also to show the player what he did wrong and what he could do better on the one side.
And on the other side, the company receives a report that doesn't show the personality of the player, of course, doesn't show this kind of data, but it shows that the player passed the test within a certain amount of time or did the test more times because, again, it's wax on, wax off.
So at the end of the game, you can try it again, you can try it again, applying the type of, you know, advices that you got in your report. So the whole concept is that the company can see that the employees are doing the test more and more in order to learn those set of skills on the one side.
and on the other side the players can play when they want but also can you know freely try new way explore new ways they don't need to be afraid of you know making mistakes and this makes
it like effectively um working i think there will be like a few seconds uh here still of the video game um yeah like so in this case we saw the player just finished so the at the end the game will essentially give just the message you know you finished and the all the
rapper will be sent on the one side to the player and it will be uploaded on the platform for the company I'm sorry I didn't show it myself just because it
would be difficult to play showing but yeah if you have any questions later I'm free to like happy to explain more thanks
