Introduction

Hello to everyone, I'm Giovanni Di Mambro, CEO and co -founder at Elysian. With Elysian we bring AI to the farmers, thanks to our system of algorithms we are able to suggest to the farmers the best time to do the right treatments in order to optimize pesticides and optimize water usage.

Basically we try to bring technologies to the farmers in order to transform the fields in more data efficiency and give to the farmers the right solution to optimize their work.

Why Farmers Need Smarter Tools

We started with different problems in the last 10 years. We constantly have today in the agriculture and not only, the climate change.

The farmers, they still use obsolete tools and all these things bring them disease or pathogens that cause crop loss also the water waste it's a big problem from them for

An All-in-One Platform for Data-Driven Farming

problem with each solution only with an all -on -one platform like a farm management solution so for the weather station we have real -time data from the fields all this data go on our platform and also we thanks to our algorithm give alerts to prevent diseases in order to guarantee the harvest production and

Sensors, Weather Stations, and Hardware Integrations

with these sensors in the fields we are able to save water. We integrate the most important hardware partners in the world from France, Austria, Turkey, Spain all all this data going into our platform.

Combining Real-Time, Satellite, and Historical Data

But basically what we do is to include all this data like temperature, humidity, rain in real time from the fields with satellite images and also 10 years of historical data.

We put this data all together, like for example, you can imagine again, a farm here in Viterbo of 10 hectares.

Each farm has a specific problem due to the climate change. So thanks to all this data, we are going to analyze that specific problems on that farmer.

Not only data collection but also data analysis so we bring together all this data and we give the right suggestion from them in order to prevent disease and give them the right suggestion to do the best things at the best moment.

Crop Focus and Practical Benefits

We are working since the 2017 with the most important pathogens for each field.

We started with with the olive oil trees because it's the most important crops that we have in italy

both with vineyards and we started with all the specialty crops so we are very focused to give specific alerts on specific diseases of these crops all these information going on in the farm

management app both via a smartphone or a computer so they can analyze this data in real time with with their agronomist, for example.

And the benefit from them, it's not only to save times and money, but also save treatments and water that are very important from their job.

And also have a positive impact in terms of environmental, because less pesticide, more a positive impact for the global system.

Model Accuracy and Impact

In terms of variability of the precision of the algorithms that we have in order to suggest the right presence, presence, for example, of the insect in the feed, we have a precision of 96%.

Team and Customers

Our team is based on me, my co -founder Damiano, that is an olive oil farmer close to Rome. We worked together since 2014 with another start -up and we launched the liaison in 2016 and we bring together a lot of agronomists and engineers in order to bring together the different knowledge.

Our customers are olive oil producers, wine producers like Monini, that is one of the most important olive oil producers, consortium, association, we monitor all the Capri Islands, Garda Lake, some islands in Canary, so we are able to cover a lot of farms, both in Italy and Spain mostly, mostly olive oil trees and vineyards, but also we work with a lot of crops.

These are some farmers with our technologies in the field.

Expanding Use Cases: Agrivoltaics and a New SaaS Tool

We also in the last year started to work with not only the farmers but also with the energy company because there is the new business line that is the agrivoltaic. So basically the European Union give to the farmers the opportunity to put in the field the the agrivoltaic and they need to monitor the system with our solution in terms of monitoring

data in real time but today we turn only about agrivoltaic i would like to to share with you

how to build a new sas tool via vibe coding so basically we had the knowledge in terms of engineers and to develop a new system with standard coding tools but we decided to launch a new tool with the web coding.

Quaderno AI and the 2027 EU Digital Farm Notebook Requirement

This new tool is the Quaderno AI that is a digital farm notebook that will be mandatory starting from the 1st January of 2027 for all the farmers in European Union because they need to put the right pesticides each year for each field in order to receive money from the

European Union so they have to put all this data together so basically we decide to launch the new system with lovable I think that some of you can know this new web coding tool so basically we launch a lazy and farm

Building Faster with Vibe Coding (Lovable)

management system in the last years using business analyst analyst UX UI designers front -end developer back -end all this knowledge all together but before to launch for example the first system with olive trees who is the first mvp on the first

disease we have been i think we invested six months at the right time for example with the lava ball after one month we launched the mvp so basically the difference with or use a vibe coding or not today it's something very very aggressive for us not only the red value

it's to not write code but it's to put together all the domain expertise the product vision so basically okay it's web coding so only I think it's a good tool to give us more fast to develop something new but you have to put put together a lot of knowledge as well.

Like, for example, define the real needs, structure the data model, iterate with the clients, with the users, to put together the new system.

So basically, what Lovable actually optimize, you hold these skills from, for example, front -end user interface, back -end, database, security, API system, all this integration

all together in one platform that is like a tool similar to ChatGPT or Cloud, where you iterate with a tool, you have a provision of the UX UI tool in terms of demo of the app, and you can iterate to do each edit with a tool.

So basically Lovable did not build our new software Quaderno AI by itself, but we built it thanks to our experience, so we put together all the feedback of the farmers to develop this new tool.

So let's go to to the demo of the system in order to give you more context on that.

So basically, there's a new dashboard that we launched.

So basically, here in the sidebar, different information. So basically, for example, there is all the information of the fields of each client that you

are mandatory to have each Catast field name for each company and each client.

So basically all these terrains must communicate with the machinery in the fields, so for each tractor, for each operator in the field, you have to have all the sections linked.

Up-to-Date Product Database and Compliance Checks

Another thing that is very important is the bank data of the pesticides and the fertilizers that is directly connected with the agriculture ministry. so with the API we communicate with the ministry each week to update this data because you cannot use a product for example that is expired one months ago and so on so all these things you can imagine that is tracking a real time but

today there are a lot of farmers that still use standard notebook so all this data via pen so basically Italy ministry of agriculture and also European Union cannot trace this behavior.

Recording Field Operations and Reporting to the Ministry

So what is mandatory here is to basically put a new operation in the fields, select the type of the operation that you have to do, select the right field here in order to have to track it, select the right product here, the doses, so basically if you have enough quantities in your

warehouse, all this is connected and also if the database of the treatments are allowed to give you this operation. So if all the checks are good you can put this operation and communicate to the ministry.

So this is very important for them that all is checked. So basically we bring all this database and all these things all together.

Adoption and Closing

We launched the system three months ago we have uh around 100 farmers that are using this system starting from january next january will be mandatory so we hope that you grow a lot with this new system so that's
