So today I'm going to present to you our demo. We are a software house and we born to digitalize the employee management. So we are an HR software company.

always our core focus in the last year in 2025 we made a huge change in terms of moving from a SaaS company to an AI agent platform so we launched one which is our AI agent in Factorial,

which is not just a chat or a chatbot. It's an agent that is making actions. So now I'm going to present to you what one can do.

And this is the main dashboard. So when you enter in Factorial, it's a classic management tool.

So here we can see what we can do. you.

Four focus areas at a glance

We are mainly focused on four areas. The first one is the HR core business.

So

HR core: employee data and profiles

everything regarding the information of the employees. So for instance, like the onboarding, the contract information.

So here, for instance, I can show you which is like the profile of myself in the demo account.

So I can see everything regarding work details, my contract, which is the policy I've been added to in terms of time off, in terms of time tracking, et cetera. The teams I'm in, who is my manager, and everything in terms also of my contracts, for instance.

Using the AI agent (“One”) to query HR information

But consider that I always can ask one, which is here, a chat where I can ask everything about all the aspects and the functions about Factorial.

So, for instance, I can ask you who is my manager or and then I can also like continues like keeping on on looking at the software and activity while while one is working. And here I can get the information about who is my manager. Of course, here I also can see I'm reporting to Charles Carter, who is the CEO of the company.

Company-level views: org structure and people data

Company documents and policies as a knowledge base

company so the first one is like to manage all the documents all the policies is I have all the information about my company inside Factorial so that one and the AI agent can work based on the information of my company.

So for all the employees, they can interrogate, they can ask to our AI agent everything regarding our company, the company he's working with.

Here, for instance, I can see all the information about documents, both public and private documents documents in terms of, for instance, as the pay slips, or I can check all the policies I'm assigned to.

Time management: tracking, time off, shifts, and projects

The second main area that we are managing in Factorial is the time one. So we're managing everything regarding time tracking, time off, shifts, and projects.

Time tracking oversight and exceptions

So for instance, I can manage all the time tracking, so I can be assigned to a policy in terms of time I need to follow, and here the manager and the administrator of the company can check everything regarding the time tracking of the employees,

so having all the views in terms of any difference between here. For instance, we see in orange ones, we are expecting to have eight hours and have been registered just 7 hours and 30.

Time off insights and reporting with the AI agent

Project tracking

Another topic is the ones regarding projects. So I can create projects inside Factorial and assign the projects to the employees so they can work not only based on shift but also on project. project.

Here in the meantime I got the response for the report I asked to one regarding the remaining details of the vacations of the team. So I can get the report instantly while I was working inside the platform.

So I don't need like to wait for the response. I can work during one is working and I can check everything I want during in the meantime

I was showing also the project the project section where I can as said I can have a track of everything regarding regarding a project so which is like the the cost today the people assigned to this project the spending so far so I

Spend management: expenses and Factorial cards

can check here and what about the spendings we also have um an expense an expense management tool where i can use factorial with also some credit cards so i can create instant debit cards sorry not credit at the moment just debit cards but i can create the factorial cards

and have them and assign it to to some employees that maybe are on are are traveling for for one week so i can give them the the possibility to pay with factorial cards and have then everything automated uh here in the platform um to receive of course like the approval for the spending and

here i can see both the invoices um that i that i'm receiving for instance regarding um regarding expenses i can also interrogate and ask um one for instance regarding if i am an approver I can ask for instance which are my pending expenses so I can check which are the expenses I'm still waiting for an approval to get confirmed

or the ones that are already confirmed so here for instance I have no pending expenses right now so everything good I don't need to wait for for anything more

but for instance I can also ask if I had any rejecting expenses and and and everything regarding expenses.

Desktop and mobile access

So considering that we also have an app, so Factorio is both on desktop, so you can access both from your desktop or from a mobile app.

So everything, it can be managed, also the Factorio cards and everything inside directly Factorio.

Here you can create, of course, all the reports you need to get all the information in case you are the administrator for all the information about the expenses

Talent management: hiring, performance, and learning

that your team is having the last module that we have is the one based on on talent so as a set factor in factor we cover all the cycle for an employee so from the beginning until he he exit the company so with all the onboarding phases

ATS and recruitment workflows

but even before the onboarding we have an ETS so a platform to manage the recruitment so we can create all the job opening position we have an integration with all the main posting platforms for instance linkedin indeed and everything and also here actually

it's really helpful um the the the the impact of uh of one as i always have like a resume of the the candidate and I can get information about the commitment and the match that can have a candidate based on the person that I'm looking for.

I can manage everything here, so I can put notes in case there are more people managing hiring, so we can have tracking of everything here.

we will soon launch also the opportunity to manage the meetings inside Factorial so that you will have like the report and the resume and everything regarding also feedback based on the interview that you will have.

You can manage all the messages so you don't need like to go to your email but you can manage everything here inside Factorial. So that's for the ATS.

Developing and retaining talent

you want to go deeper and another two in terms of talent talent what is i mean the the talent model is the one based on uh help the companies our clients to get the talents and once they get the

talents and they find it and they find them to let them grow inside the company so how we do it Firstly, with the ATS model, so the recruitment model, and then with the performance and talent analytics.

Performance reviews and analytics

So we can manage performance reviews inside Factorial. We can create also through one. So can you create a new performance review cycle?

So now I can ask, for instance, to create a performance review inside Factorial and then we can manage also, for instance, who are the low performance in the review. So I can have insights regarding the results that we have from a specific performance review that we launched inside the company.

Training management and compliance

And then we also have a training section, so we can manage all the training session and courses inside Factorial. So we can assign new courses and new trainings to all the employees. employees. You can also request to make a course if you are an employee.

You can manage all the budgets here and you can, of course, get also an insight of which are the main results that you are getting from the courses that you are having. Of course, this is mainly focusing also on the compulsory courses that sometimes the company needs for their employees to have.
