  • Unleash your curiosity, fuel your creativity, and expand your network as you connect with fellow AI aficionados and pioneers.

What you can expect?

Mindstone events consist of three talks covering different aspects:

  • What I Learned Building With LLMs: A technical talk breaking down the process for building a product using AI with real-life learnings and insights.
  • How To Be More Productive Using AI: A practical demo and step-by-step guide on how to use AI to speed up and improve tasks.
  • What Does The Future Look Like With AI?: A theoretical talk on the impact of AI on work, life and society.

After the talks we'll have pizza, drinks, and time to connect with everyone around you.

Requirements-Driven Development: The Missing Layer in Agentic Coding by Xesca Alabart
For decades, the bottleneck in software development was coding itself. We built better languages, frameworks, DevOps pipelines, and cloud infrastructure — all to make engineering faster. It worked. But now, with agentic coding tools, that bottleneck is dissolving: code generation that once took months takes days or hours. This acceleration has exposed a deeper problem that was always there, just hidden behind slower delivery cycles — we're still terrible at defining what to build. Ambiguous requirements, lost context between business and engineering, specs that decay the moment they're written. When coding was slow, these gaps got patched along the way. When coding is instant, they become catastrophic. This talk explores how the bottleneck has shifted upstream — from how we build to what we build and why — and what it takes to close that gap. Drawing on 15+ years leading technology across fintech, insurtech, and media, Xesca Alabart shares how Gluecharm is tackling this with an AI-native SRS system built on 150+ specialized micro-agents and a knowledge graph that preserves business context across the full development lifecycle. The core argument: agentic coding without structured requirements doesn't solve the software crisis — it accelerates it.

Sell More, Work Less: AI & Automation for Sales Teams. From prospecting to closing - with tools that do the heavy lifting for you by Andrea Suárez
What if your sales team could prep any meeting in 2 minutes, send personalized proposals in record time, and never drop a follow-up again? In this talk, we'll walk through how to apply AI and automation across every stage of the sales process: building and enriching your database, prospecting with precision, walking into every meeting with real client context, closing with proposals that impress, and keeping follow-ups alive, without any manual effort. This isn't about technology for the sake of it. It's about getting time back, increasing your conversion rate, and selling more, without adding more hours to your day.
