Turning Chaos Into Capacity: Voice-Driven Personal AI Orchestration
I was collecting chaos. Three kids under 6, full-time career I love, ideas evaporating between stoplights and school pickup. I even bought back time by hiring help and outsourcing, but it had its limits. Then AI gave my systems legs. In this demo, I'll show the voice-driven, multi-tool AI workflows I've developed to turn unfiltered ideas and half-baked to-dos into prioritized tasks and forward action. I'll show you the children’s book and business presentations that I was able to make happen in margins of time where they'd never have fit before. And I'll share my three-lever framework to determine what gets automated, what gets delegated, and what just needs to stop existing.You’ll see how I link together iPhone Shortcuts, Make.com, Notion, LLMs, and other AI tools that empower me to make great things happen even amidst the chaos, in domains across work, home, and personal growth.

We unlock powerful micro-opportunities every day if we embrace our new power as "builders." In this session, watch how to use AI to turn an image into a live, interactive app, step by step with actual prompts and iterations. Working live, we’ll fork the app, customize it with ideas from the audience, and publish a different version in minutes. If you have a laptop (or Claude on your phone), you could even try yourself — no coding know-how required. Just curiosity, a ChatGPT or Claude account, and an eagerness to ask, “What if?”
