Shipping Without Superstition: Executable Specs and Observability for AI Code by Jag Reehal
For me, there are two sides to coding with AI. On one side, you have Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, OpenCode, along with Ralph loops, spec-driven agilefall plans, lucky charms, black magic, fairy dust, and the occasional rabbit’s foot. On the other side, you have the tools and libraries that help AI produce code that actually works: executable specifications that prove behaviour, and observability with OpenTelemetry so you can see everything your system is doing once it ships. In this talk, I will demonstrate tools and libraries that make AI-assisted development reliable, now and in the future.
