Most people use AI one prompt at a time. Agentic AI changes the relationship: instead of simply answering, AI can follow a workflow, use tools, and produce outcomes — under human supervision. In this informal, practical talk, I’ll demystify what AI agents and Skills actually are. Using a real everyday task, I’ll show how to move from a useful prompt to a repeatable workflow, then capture that way of working as a Skill an agent can reuse. We’ll cover what context to provide, where humans should stay in control, how to verify results, and the basic safety boundaries that make delegation dependable. The session adapts the training I run with companies for an individual audience. Attendees will leave with a simple framework for deciding what to delegate and how to build their first reliable AI-assisted workflow — no coding required.
