This is a live demonstration of how Tandem Health is using regulated clinical AI to relieve documentation burden and support safer, more consistent clinical decision‑making for clinicians across Europe. As a UK‑trained doctor who has pivoted into healthtech, I now work in Medical Operations at Tandem Health, where we deploy and scale an AI medical assistant used across 50+ specialties and trusted by 5,000+ care organisations. Tandem helps clinicians prepare, document, and follow up on visits – turning consultations into structured, coded clinical notes and documents in seconds – while also highlighting relevant diagnoses, procedure codes, and next‑step options as a real‑time clinical co‑pilot. In this session, I’ll walk through: - How ambient AI note‑taking works in a real clinical workflow - How Tandem auto‑generates documentation, suggests ICD‑10 / SNOMED codes, and integrates with 100+ EHRs with one‑click transfers - How Tandem’s clinical decision support surfaces key information from the consultation, reduces cognitive load, and helps clinicians make faster, more consistent decisions at the point of care - The guardrails: clinical safety, Medical Device Regulation Class IIa certification, GDPR‑compliant data handling and more. This will build on my previous Mindstone talk on “How to Turn a Healthcare Problem into an AI‑powered Solution”, but go deeper on one high‑impact use case: reducing admin load and supporting better decisions so clinicians can be more present with patients. I’ll focus on real‑world deployment lessons from the NHS and European health systems, and share what it actually takes to move from a cool demo to safe, scaled AI in clinical practice.

Fliplet has been a no code/low code software builder for over 10 years. Recently rebuilt our product to be an AI driven software builder. We will share what's easy and hard when building a tool to build software and what insights we can share if you want to build your own.

A Live Demo, Built Without Code Description: The whole room scans a QR and takes a 5-minute AI maturity assessment, and we watch the results land on screen live. The twist is the tool itself: I built the assessment, the live dashboard and my whole website with Claude, without writing a single line of code. We will see where this room sits across five dimensions of AI maturity, and what it actually takes to go from a fun idea to something you ship.
