- Unleash your curiosity, fuel your creativity, and expand your network as you connect with fellow AI aficionados and pioneers.
What you can expect?
Mindstone events consist of three talks covering different aspects:
- What I Learned Building With LLMs: A technical talk breaking down the process for building a product using AI with real-life learnings and insights.
- How To Be More Productive Using AI: A practical demo and step-by-step guide on how to use AI to speed up and improve tasks.
- What Does The Future Look Like With AI?: A theoretical talk on the impact of AI on work, life and society.
After the talks we'll have pizza, drinks, and time to connect with everyone around you.

Beyond the Single Agent: Subagents, Teams, and Parallel Work by Josh Lawman
It's tempting when we first use AI tools to approach our work in a single thread - one conversation, one context, one agent collaborating with us through a task from start to finish. That approach, while effective, introduces arbitrary limitations in a world where agents and sub-agents aren't a scarce resource. However, it is difficult to break out of the single-chat-window mental model and develop effective approaches to our work that employ more than one agent (or AI tool). Many AI apps are automatically delegating your work to sub-agents, but it can be difficult to build intuitions into why they would use sub-agents in the first place and how you can better leverage them. And as soon as you start to use more than one agent, you have a range of overwhelming options in your approach - should I use 4 parallel agents, 1 agent team, or one agent with 3 sub-agents? This talk will overview leveraging multiple agents and subagents in technical and non-technical settings. You'll see examples of agents collaborating on work and walk away with new approaches to structuring your own agentic work.
