One Agent, Many Authors: Running a Company on Skills Written by Non-Engineers by Bartłomiej Głowacki
We run our whole company on one shared agent. It does not belong to engineering. Five people have write access to the repository that holds its skills, and only one of them is an engineer: a psychotherapist, an operations lead, a customer support lead, an engineer, and me. I will show how that works in practice. What a skill looks like as a file, who is allowed to change it, how a change gets reviewed and merged like code, and what the agent's own log looks like when you open a process six weeks later. Real diffs from our repository, and the one rule the company runs on: no operational work is done by hand a second time. First time fine. Second time you write it down as a procedure and the agent takes over. I will also show what breaks. Skill drift when several people edit the same procedure, the audit trail problem when agents work in private terminals, and why single sign-on has to sit on both the scheduler and the skill repo. Context: Therapy Support is an AI platform for psychotherapists, 46 paying practices, over 8000 sessions processed, all data inside the EU. I gave an earlier version of this talk at WarsawJS during Warsaw Glitch 2026.
