THE COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE REVOLUTION - Leading in the Age of Human-Agentic AI Symbiosis by Himanshu Joshi
In a world where AI systems and agents are rapidly transforming our organizational landscapes, a new leadership paradigm is emerging that harnesses the collective intelligence of humans and AI working in concert. Drawing on decades of research in digital transformation, organizational psychology, and AI integration, this talk unveils a practical framework for leaders to orchestrate this powerful new symphony of minds. Through compelling case studies of pioneering organizations and insights from innovation economics, you'll discover how to cultivate organizational structures that amplify human creativity while leveraging AI capabilities. The future belongs not to leaders and organizations that deploy AI, but to those that master the art of blending human and artificial intelligence into something greater than the sum of its parts.
