My background is actually in business psychology and I have started my career in marketing and moved a bit more slowly to the to the technical side of it. I ended up in IT consulting
and recently I decided to found my own company teaching non -technical teams how to use everyday AI with Peakwell which is my company but I'm not here to talk about Peakwell I'm here to talk about my favorite use cases of AI and hopefully to inspire you to also use
Claude more if you're still using ChatGPT so I know most of you are quite technical but maybe you can find some inspiration in those use cases as well
so as a founder I'm wearing a lot of different hats I'm a head of sales head head of marketing, head of customer support. So it can get quite overwhelming for me to handle all my tasks and keep everything within time and budget.
So I decided to create my own daily focus assistant with Claude. Very simple.
I just created a skill that basically has access to my emails, to my gmail to my notion where i store all my tasks and to my calendar so the assistant basically scans everything and tells me hey these are your top priorities especially as a startup founder where priorities change on a daily because you know a client has a fire or whatever that
can sometimes slip in big mailboxes so I also created a voice to Notion skill that helps me on the go when I remember I have to do this task I just speak into cloud and then it updates my Notion database I will show you those in a few
seconds a bit more in detail and it does save me roughly two hours per week it It doesn't sound a lot, but it saves a lot of mental load for me.
And then the next thing is for PQL, we create a lot of video content for long YouTube series, which are podcast style, and we repurpose these for social media as well,
which means I need the transcripts to use them as a basis for a cut script
to repurpose this amount of content so it can end up to five hours that is quite a lot of work and I feel like the tools out there that are free are very limited so first of all they don't
usually use or I cannot use mp4 files so I need to convert that to mp3 first I need to extract the audio and then put it into maybe Toroscribe or whatever and then it's limited to maybe three uploads so it's quite cumbersome so I created this
transcribe skill using whisper and cloud code most of you probably know whispers one of the most popular transcribe LM and the last one is obviously as a
small startup social media is a big thing that's our only way to to get free marketing out there and since we're only two people we need all the agents we can get so I created this social media agent system that helps me scan what's on the market what works well how we can create content that sounds like me and my my co -founder and yeah I'll dig deep into it don't forget to write your
questions in the tool that Reggie presented before so I'm just gonna show you a screenshot of my focus assistant it's literally from today I had to black out a few client names but as you can see it reminded me that I have the talk today that I have not prepared yet so that was quite helpful and it also reminded me of these three emails from from my clients that I had to follow up which also pulled it from our CRM which is also connected to to this assistant
it also gives me an update on what's ahead in the next two weeks so I know what is coming and something that might be slipping like something I haven't really reacted to in 15 days that's something that I probably should take off my task list as you can see I have connected it to notion Google Calendar Gmail and Atio which is our CRM.
You can do that quite easily in cloud using MCP connectors and yeah the skill with the skill creator skill that's already built in to cloud.
And I will actually show you quickly now the transcribe skill because I'm not a technical person, so you probably actually know how to install this. I did not, so I used Cloud to help me.
So basically I was like, oh, I have the Whisper app already, but it doesn't work the way I want it to. Can you please just make it into a skill so I can use it for my video files?
And I was like, okay. Here are the two options. Install it, a CLI whisper tool which is recommended I was like great let's do that then it did that very easily so it was such a relief for me because as a non -technical person I was like
look this is how I want the output to be make sure that you differentiate the speakers and give me timestamps that makes it easier for me to cut the videos and basically all I have to do then is just tell it which video I want to have it transcribed and that's it and there it is so
that is honestly the biggest lifesaver ever and then lastly I want to show you quickly our
content planning tools so as you know an agent is supposed to focus on one task so this agent system does a lot of things for us that take a lot of time so
we have a brainstorming agent that really is a coach and has all the the context on our company on me on my founder because we have very different perspectives as well on the topic of AI and also on channels so there are best practices for LinkedIn and for YouTube which are quite different so it has all the newest skill basically to help us come up with
the best ideas that work well in in that in that field um so it we also have a writer that has a checklist basically and goes through okay um you're missing a good hook or your story doesn't really make sense and it really helps us um create better content basically without generating too
much ai slop my backend is actually notion so i have everything in here so this is my content system we have different databases this is how it will end up looking so that's the finished
content and the way it works is basically i just start a session and i can say give me give me five ideas that are currently trending I have a monthly Monday brief where Claude has a routine to scan certain LinkedIn users certain YouTube channels to see what is trending what is going viral to let us know what the patterns are that work
really well what what are the trends um so here for example we have a bunch of ideas i can have a look at it i'm like okay maybe um i want to use this idea and help me help me write this and i can go back and forth and build on this idea and basically say okay give me a quality check review the final draft um i'm not going to read this now but so basically i'm just going to show
you um how this system basically orchestrates all these different agents that are behind this system to really help me and my co -founder um get better content out and one thing that actually is my
My absolute favorite skill in Claude is we made a voice skill. So I have a Mel's voice and I don't only use it for social media, but I use it for emails or any sort of written communication.
And I've basically fed it my diary, my master thesis and any talks I've given, in any previous LinkedIn posts. So it makes sure that it sounds like me.
And that has been the most helpful thing. So if you don't have a skill that is tailored to your voice, I would recommend you to do that ASAP.
And yeah, you can see these are the checkpoints or our quality gates that we have set. If I say, okay, I like this, I can basically push it to Notion.
It creates a new entry in notion and then we can rewrite it again or yeah post it and we also try to align
it because my co -founder and I we obviously don't want to talk about the same stuff or we want to give people a reason to follow the both both of us and
offering you and fresh perspectives yeah so I'm just gonna show you quickly a little bit of the architecture so you have this content creation process of you know analyzing the market then the ideation then the actual content
production the quality gates the analysis and that's basically a loop so you want to learn from what has worked what has not worked sometimes a trend that works for a different brand doesn't work for you and so we're trying to
really make sure that um yeah our systems work well together and um a little bit bigger of course sorry yeah i'm not in present mode there you go apologies um so this one has i think the most context on what the best practices are what our voices are and yeah as I said I think that the voice optimizer something I would recommend for everyone and after
you have taken the photos I want to share one last slide with you yes yes absolutely go go ahead do you have any human yeah yeah absolutely so it's me um so
what happens is usually i check the content in the brainstorming phase right so i never push anything straight to to notion and then we have these quality gates and then i have another look like okay because if it doesn't pass the quality gates i can just click fix it and then it fixes it and if I still don't like it I rewrite it myself which already is a big help
but I feel like the the most intervention from a human is the ideation phase because sometimes the ideas are just very boring and what I find most useful is the writer where I give it my own idea and say can you please put it in a format that works well for LinkedIn for example thank
you for the question well my other co -founder yes yeah because so what you can do is here at the bottom you can change who it is so uh that's mel that's me and this is joelle so that already changes who it's for so the agent knows the background the voice the positioning
If your co -founder uses this system, they can do the same process, but with your... No, that's... I mean, ideally he would use his own voice, but he technically could create content for me. With your voice? Yeah, but I don't want that. Technically he could, technically he could, yeah.
What do you mean? That is here. here so you have basically um uh like a notion page which gives me a prompt to so we do a monthly content creation session so i need to have a list of things that we need to film and this is also done by this content system so it tells me okay what what do we need to film and how do we need to film it. It gives me basically like a content plan to make things a lot easier.
We have a thumbnail prompt so that's the the image that is displayed as the first in YouTube or whatever for videos. And here basically okay this is just a video that we already filmed how I need to cut it. um let me find a linkedin post now that's also all right well technically you have a like written post here and it does tell me okay image production like what do we need to create does it have to be a shooting of us or should we create it with nano banana for example So it's basically a guideline or helping us streamline the process.
Yeah, absolutely. Trial and error.
Well, Notion is just a tool that I prefer. So I use Notion for everything. So I really wanted to make sure that Notion is my database because I cannot handle like regular Postgres or whatever. so I want to actually be able to look into this database and write things myself or fix things myself and repurpose this because now I can even tell the agent okay look at this content brief calendar and tell me what have we not produced yet what's missing where are any story gaps like what content doesn't align so it i find it easier to to work with um and to be honest i just love
claude so claude is the basis of everything yes the the um analytics part is uh every week so that's um scheduled in cloud um but everything else has to be done manually i'm sure you could schedule it but i set myself just a time every monday where i do two hours of just like thinking
through the content any other questions yes so you understand it correctly yes i use it to write emails yeah uh no that's it so usually um we do also use it to really make sure that our pitches
match whatever the client wanted so we transcribe all the meetings and then just make sure we didn't miss any important positioning no we have a set of trainings that we deliver and we just make sure that we deliver the right training to the right problem for the client
non -technical like how do you do with data privacy like your clients sending you maybe like information um well it depends what kind of information it is at the moment we don't really have any super sensitive data because we basically just try to understand where their employees are at in their ai maturity so we don't really need any sensitive data in in in that sense.
So I have a question for you. Yes.
They used it.
Have you thought about how to back up your Notion database to prevent the custom UI from accidentally deleting everything in Notion?
I have not, but that's a good point. I think you get up for things interesting. How do I do that? Like, do I do that?
Yeah, fair enough. That's fair enough. Whoever asked the question, you can follow up on it.
not sure about this question but there's a question that is what is the possible path to do your trainings how to do the general mindset okay yeah basically it all starts on the website to be honest um in in the same like where you you sign up there's even a i think there's a community tab where you also get a promo code and ask questions
i have another you mentioned because you're two and you're just eight year versions so my question is how do you i suppose you've tested a lot of free tier versions of ai tools and how do you decide when to pay for one and what percentage of it so i only have two pay tools
which is cursor and cloud and i felt cloud just offers a lot of possibilities and it keeps updating its features so i felt that alone like just using skills was a completely upgrade in comparison to any other ai tool like everyday ai tool right um and for cursor i just that was like
my gateway into vibe coding that i used it before cloud code existed and now i'm just like stuck with it because i that's how i learned it um and well i decided to pay for it because i reached my token limits i mean to be fair with cloud you have more options to use cloud code i think now
not anymore but like co -work is also pretty great and um i scheduled the the monday brief for example on cloud um co -work which i think is is incredibly helpful um so i use nano banana but in in like with an API right so we connect it to our we give it as a tool to our agent that creates the thumbnails and then I just have to pay on the Google console whatever the usage is
does that answer your question yeah awesome otherwise you can find me later and ask me some more questions.
I have actually created these little skill library for you if you're interested in using them. It's on my website.
I have also created a little learning path on how to really use Claude to create your own skills to connect it to MCPs.
All for free. Enjoy.
Thank you for listening.
