In this talk she shares how Wispr Flow, a voice dictation tool, quietly rewired both her AI workflow and her everyday life: brainstorming with Claude by talking through messy ideas, capturing thoughts on the go, replying to emails and LinkedIn comments in half the time, even texting friends who never listen to voice notes.
